I find it difficult for our colleagues to overcome the problems based on the lack of resources and experience and to get the necessary help for their projects in hospital buildings where the employer does not have a good grasp of the subject in terms of the structure and the characteristics of the building, which the project manager expects, and the entire coordination burden is naturally on the shoulders of the architectural group and the project manager architect. I decided to share my experience.
